By accessing or using ApexKit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

ApexKit provides free web-based tools for amateur racers, including racing line visualization and track analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create using the Service. Since data is stored locally in your browser:

  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We cannot recover data if you clear your browser storage
  • Shared links may expose data to recipients

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ApexKit. Third-party content (map imagery, fonts) remains the property of their respective owners and is used under license.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Data will be accurate or complete
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEXKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

Racing involves inherent risks. ApexKit tools are for educational and planning purposes only. Always follow proper safety guidelines at the track.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Update these Terms at any time
  • Introduce paid features in the future (existing free features will remain available)

Future Paid Features

ApexKit may introduce optional paid features or premium tiers in the future. Core functionality will remain free. Paid features will be clearly identified, and payment terms will be provided before any purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
