Agreement

By accessing or using ApexKit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

ApexKit provides free web-based tools for amateur racers, including racing line visualization, track analysis, and burning telemetry overlays into your own video footage. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. Videos and other content you create with the Service may be used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the attribution requirement in “Content You Create” below. In using the Service itself, you may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

Accounts

Accounts are optional and free. You can create one by signing in with Google or Apple, so you can save and sync your Lines setups across devices. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for the security of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, and for activity that happens under your ApexKit account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms
  • You can delete your account at any time, which removes your synced setups from our servers

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create using the Service. Most of it is stored locally in your browser; if you sign in, the setups you choose to save are also stored on our servers so you can sync them across devices.

  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We cannot recover data you keep only in your browser if you clear your browser storage; setups saved to your account can be restored by signing back in
  • Content you choose to share or publish — such as a shared link or an exported video — may expose that content to its recipients

Content You Create

You own the footage, telemetry, and finished videos you create with ApexKit. You may use, publish, share, and monetize videos you produce with ApexKit Reel — including on platforms such as YouTube — provided that you:

  • include a clear reference to ApexKit in the description or accompanying text of any video you publish or share — for example, “Made with ApexKit Reel — apexkit.app”; and
  • do not remove, obscure, or alter the ApexKit credit that Reel embeds in the exported video.

You are responsible for holding the rights to any footage and data you use, and for complying with the rules of any platform you publish to.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ApexKit. Third-party content (map imagery, fonts) remains the property of their respective owners and is used under license.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Data will be accurate or complete
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEXKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

Racing involves inherent risks. ApexKit tools are for educational, planning, and entertainment purposes only. Always follow proper safety guidelines at the track.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Update these Terms at any time
  • Introduce paid features in the future (existing free features will remain available)

Future Paid Features

ApexKit may introduce optional paid features or premium tiers in the future. Core functionality will remain free. Paid features will be clearly identified, and payment terms will be provided before any purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
